Kuehne+Nagel
With nearly 85,000 employees across close to 100 countries, Kuehne+Nagel moves goods and industries around the world. As their strategic communications and creative partner, our role was to shape narratives that people inside and outside the business could connect with. Together with their VP of Communications, we developed campaigns and experiences that translated complex logistics into stories with humanity from global storytelling initiatives and documentary production to digital interfaces and large-scale experiential design.

Storytelling
Moving the world is one thing. Communicating it is another. Kuehne+Nagel operates at an extraordinary scale, often behind the scenes of everyday life. Our opportunity was to make that impact visible and relatable. Using emerging AI tools, we transformed the journey of a single freight shipment into a globally accessible visual narrative. Complex supply chain movement became a story people could immediately understand.
PRODUCTION
Behind every shipment is a network of people making impossible things move. To capture that human side of the business, we led full-scale documentary production in the U.K., following a Customer Care team member through the rhythm of daily operations, from quiet mornings to high-pressure decisions and meaningful wins. We also concepted and produced Sea Talks, an executive-led content series, alongside leadership interviews and global shoots across multiple markets.
UX DESIGN
Sea Explorer is Kuehne+Nagel's proprietary tracking platform, giving customers real-time visibility into shipments while helping them optimize routes across a complex global network. We partnered with their team to design the front end of the tool's website that felt intuitive, responsive, and adaptable to the needs of each customer, turning highly technical data into a seamless user experience built for clarity and confident decision-making.
Experiential DESIGN
Often called the Super Bowl of the shipping container world, the Trans-Pacific Maritime (TPM) Conference is the premier annual event held each March in Long Beach. Each year, we concept and produce their large-format brand experience—from environmental graphics and event collateral to signage and the custom wrap of a large-scale shipping container installation—creating a physical expression of the brand in one of the industry's most visible spaces.
