Rivr Lofts
Life’s better by the Rivr. Our goal was to create a bold visual identity and supporting creative system for Fort Lauderdale’s newest residential high-rise, Rivr Lofts. Our work included a custom brand identity, 3D renderings, wayfinding signage, as well as creative direction and production of the brand’s launch campaign and lifestyle photography.

The Rivr Lofts identity system is clean, confident, and rooted in the building’s industrial-chic aesthetic. A bold wordmark, neutral urban palette, and modern sans-serif typography reflect the textures of its surroundings: concrete, steel, and sky. Supporting iconography and layout templates were created for seamless use across signage, digital platforms, and leasing materials.
Renderings
Our 3D floorplans and architectural renderings helped bring the brand to life before doors even opened. Every angle was designed to highlight flow, scale, and finish, setting expectations and generating excitement among prospective tenants.
Production
Photo and video production captured the essence of life at Rivr Lofts: panoramic views, polished finishes, and connected city living. Lifestyle content reflected our target audience and positioned the building as live from a new point of view.
