When I began my first agency in 2010, there weren’t many projects that we would say no to.  I saw that as a strength, that we always came from a place of yes

But as I moved through acquisitions and new iterations of my agency, one central idea kept coming into focus: As we narrowed the scope of what we truly specialized in, we, along with our clients and partners, found more and more success.

With every evolution—through rebrands, and reinventions—I began to see a powerful pattern: The more intentional we became, the more impact we created. The more we narrowed our focus, the more space we gave our clients to thrive. And that realization became the heart of everything.

Vacancy is the result of ongoing learning and evolution over the last 15 years, rooted in our love for hospitality. We are a creative agency for brands with space to fill.
